How to clear input feild when customer unchecked the checkbox!

Hi,
“When the checkbox is checked a customer inputs an ID the order area updates to remove the tax” working good.
But my requirement is “when customer is unchecked the checkbox then input fields must clear and order area must updates the tax”.
Please suggest me to do this!!
