How to clear database?

So, i’ve searched and searched but nothing fixes my problem. Im using SmartFTP and I set up a sub blog on https://www.themarque.org
I have two other blogs on here, walzhope.com and pescoetic.com Now I am wanting to add another: https://www.themarque.org/wordpress

So when i went to install it, something happened and I never got to enter my email for the password to be sent to. So, I have no idea what my password is…
