how to choose the main product category?

The product is displayed in the Jackets category by default, but I would like a main category with gender. How can you fix this?

How do you choose a main category when manually setting one in a product? Please show me a screenshot and let me know if you’re using a specific plugin that adds a “main category” option.

I am not using a plugin to select the main category. Wokomers only.
Here is an example of a product – it has two categories “Jackets” and “Men’s Jackets”

Sorry, but I still don’t understand. I’m going to have to see the data and the desired results on a site to properly advise here.

Please replicate the issue on a sandbox site at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then open a support request at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the following details:

1. A brief description of the issue.
2. A link to an imported product that has the categories set incorrectly.
3. A link to a manually created copy of the same product with the categories set as desired.
