How to choose list to subscribed to based on form field value?

    I see I can choose the Constant Contact lists to subscribe to, for each successful submittal of my form. (In Settings > Constant Contact > Edit > choose items from drop-down)

    What I want to do is, subscribe to a list based on one of the values in my form. How? Here is my scenario:

    I have a drop down list of seminar dates to choose from in my form. If submitter chooses “February” for seminar date, subscribe contact to February list. If submitter chooses “March” for seminar date, subscribe contact to March list. I will change the list choices every month, based on when we have confirmed the upcoming seminar dates.

    Suggestions?
