how to check your reply

    I’ve sent the error I had with my website, it’s crashed n down right now, can’t login, can’t delete plugin etc, can’t do anything.
    I’ve sent email, but just wanna make sure I got replied on my email

    where to check the reply? helpdesk etc? or just directly in my email inbox?
