How to check version details?

Hello,

I am looking to update Zerif Lite on a clients’ website (that I built). Before I update, I want to know what changes have been made to the theme.

Plugin updates already have this feature. For example, before I update Contact Form 7 in the Admin panel, I can click the link “View version 4.3.1 details.”

When I do, I get this:

• Use wp_loaded action hook instead of init to initialize the controller process.
• Fixed: Validation error messages for Really Simple CAPTCHA fields didn’t appear.
• Etc…

Is there something similar I can check for Zerif Lite that will give me a quick rundown of the changes to the theme?

I tried using Zerif’s Development Log, but it seemed like a very complicated way to try and get some very basic information.
