how to charge users

    You mean you would like to let your users pay for playing? There are plugins that can help you with that. E.g. Paid Membership Pro.

    OK, but how does the option: Play in the category: for money and for free
    how it is used. I mean Why this to choose either option

    It’s just an example on how you can use leagues. There is no functionality attached to it in my plugin. I could also call them league A and league B.

    I use the plugin myself and paying for it is an offline process in my situation. But there are options to automate it with plugins like PMP.
