I am translating content of a website from English to Spanish and I need to change the wording on the search results page. I have looked in search.php and searchform.php but I cannot find where to change the wording for the search results page.

Currently when there is no result, the page displays:

    Nothing Found
Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.

What file can I find this content so I can make the change?

    Thanks!

This is now how you translate a WordPress theme. You don’t need to translate everything directly inside template files and that’s why there is a .pot/.po file included for translation.

Here you can read more how you should translate WordPress theme.

Btw, Dazzling theme is already translated into Spanish and you just have to switch to a Spanish via Settings >> General inside WordPress dashboard.

Thanks for your note and for such a quick response. However, I really would like to know in which file I can find that text. This is a special scenario so I do not want to translate all of WordPress using your suggestion (though I appreciate having it).

I just need to know which file I can use to change that specific text. I still need to know it anyway because I also want to change the message itself.

Can you tell me which file it is?

    Thanks

It is inside content-none.php that you can find in Dazzling theme root folder.
