How to change Woocommerce breadcrumb

The main categories page has the product category list in the sidebar, but once you click on one of the categories the widget disappears. How do I get the widget to show on all product/category pages?

Also, I’d like to change the breadcrumb list at the top of these category pages. It only shows “Home / Shop” even after you click on a category. I’d like it to show an option to go back to the product categories page. The “Home” links to the home page of my website..not the products pages at all. How do I change this to link to the product categories page and the breadcrumbs to show the specific category page you clicked on?
