How to change website details on google search results

    Hi All, im not able to change the look of my blog website and its details on the google search results. There are some default and blank pages appearing and not going away even after I have added multiple blogs pages to the site.

    And even after searching for the keywords and my website domain, I am not getting results for my blog website.
