How to Change Waitlist Message on Shop Pages

I’ve searched the documentation but can’t find how (or if) I set the messages that appears on every product page when the product is out of stock and can be added to a waitlist. Is this hardcoded in a template or is it an option that can be changed somewhere in admin? Thanks!
