How to change video image to thumbnail image?

    Hello, I just created a new site here: asianamericandramas.com.

    As you can see, there is no video image on the home page. But when you click on the blog post, you’ll see a video that visitors can watch.

    I am trying to use the video’s current large image inside the blog post and put it outside on the home page, but as a small thumbnail image to grab the visitor’s interest.

    How can I do this?
