How to change url of a category

  • Hi,
    I’m hoping someone can help me change the url of a category. I have a Category on my site called “jobs”. The url WP assigns is https://americasnewsnow.com/category/jobs.

    However, when someone clicks on the Category Tab on my site, I would like the url assigned to the category tab to be https://americasnewsnow.jobamatic.com/a/jobs/find-jobs.

    This way, when a visitor clicks on the category tab, it directs them to the url I want them to go to.

    I do not want to assign it as a Page because I’d like for it to be listed alongside the categories at the top of my website because of the template Im using.

    Whoops, maybe I wasnt very clear or Im just too dense or both.

    What I want to do is change the default url of a Category. I dont want my users to get to the actual category page. I have my categories at the top of my website listed as tabs. I want visitors to go directly from the category tab to a specific url. The way I see this plugin working is it goes to the category page and once a visitor clicks on the first post on the category page, it goes to the desired url.

    How can my visitors go to a desired url by clicking on the Category TAB at the top of my website?
