    How can an agent change the ticket status from the front end?

    Hi @plokamias,

    Agents should manage tickets from within admin. At this time the front end is designed for customers only to manage and reply to their tickets.

    It is also possible for agents to update the ticket status via email if the Email Piping extension is installed and enabled.
