How to change the Url for my posts?

Hi,
I have a wordpress site where I have some 25 posts. I installed the wordpress files in a directory name “Software”, now after some 25 posts i have copied and pasted the whole contents into a different directory. But the post’s url path points to the old directory name.

I tried changing the urls from the tables but i havent got any result and the whole site points to the previous directory. For the safer side i havent deleted the previous directory.

Now how do i go about changing the url’s?

Is there any other way by which i can change the url’s?

Any help would be really appreciated.
