How to change the ticket status active ?

  • I have installed PayPal event plugins after purchasing the ticket the ticket status is still pending can you please help me how I can make it active.
    And also how QR code will scan and to WordPress admin panel.
    Please help me ASAP.
    Also how we can get the customer details with name and address. As there is an option in the PayPal event setting page. Where we are
    Prompting buyers for a shipping address and details.
