How to change the text of view basket

It may sound unusual, but you can change most of the text like that by making a “translation” of the plugin using Loco Translate.

You can use it to locate the text you’d like to change. These are referred to as strings. Once you’ve found the text string to alter, you can enter a new translation for that string.

also the text i want to change is in the plugins or themes because i asked on the theme author they said Navigate to the themes/theme_name/languages/ folder and locate .pot file

Sorry about that. You don’t have to go about it that way. Use the plugin and you won’t have to use an editor to alter the POT files.
