Hello, I want to change the text in the template from English to my language (Cyrillic)
For example the words “invoice” , “Invoice date”, “Order number” .I know that I must change the code, but when I open templates>simple>invoice.php (I guess this is the right root?) and type “shipping” it returns 7 different places, and I have 0 coding knowledge. Can someone please tell me what I must change to alter those words, please?
2.Ca I add different fields too? What should I do?
P.S. I am talking about the “minimal” template

Hi! Are you sure you are using this plugin? We don’t have a “minimal” template, so I think you may be using this plugin instead?

To translate texts in any plugin you can use a plugin like loco translate, which doesn’t require any coding.

I am sorry, the wrong word. I was trying the other plugin too that is why I have mistaken the word. The path I was referring to is templates>simple>invoice.php.
I’ve never used the suggested plugin? So it can change the words inside your plugin? And after updates? Is this the best way to make that change?
What about adding new “fields” or should I say attributes to the invoice?

Yes, Loco Translate lets you change translations and if used properly it’s completely update proof too.
There are various was to add custom fields to the invoice:

For fields at the order level:
    Displaying a custom field
For fields at the product/order item level:
    Displaying product attributes
    Displaying product custom fields

But… if (like you mentioned) you have 0 coding knowledge, I wouldn’t recommend doing this yourself, we can only provide limited support for customizations you make on the free plugin. Hope that helps though!
