Hello, My website is up and running but I want to make a change to the text that is on some of the “tabs” at the top of my website. I cannot find where those are as I’ve looked through all the pages and cannot find how to change that. Thank you.

This will be controlled by your theme. What theme are you using? Where did you download it from? Does it support custom menus?

thanks for the response. Just know that I had a web designer complete the site and now that it’s up and running, she is no longer involved.
So all the maintaining of the site is now up to me….and I know VERY little about WordPress and am just learning. So I do not even know what the term “theme” means so I cannot answer your question. Maybe I’ll have to research more on Google to understand. But thanks for trying.

Try looking in Appearance -> Themes for the currently active theme. Or try contacting your web designer.

I looked in Appearance/Themes and saw nothing that related to my site. Not an option to contact web designer at this time.

You were supposed to be looking in there for the name of the currently active theme. It will be the first theme on that page.

OK got it. Found the right theme. But figuring out the next step will be the hard part…..but I’ll get there! Thanks.
