How to change the ?“Search results for:” text?

  • Hi guys. I am working on a client’s website and it is a romanian business. So what we want to achieve is that on the search page to translate the text for example “Search Results for: business” into “Termeni cautare: business”.

    I tried to change the text into search.php but it has no effect ??

    What is the right way to do this? Thanks!
