how to change the "Full Article." text

I replaced in Leaf all files Full Article.text

Where is Leaf all files? Sorry I’m completely new to wordpress, themes, css, etc.

The only way I know to edit themes is in Appearance>Editor and there I couldn’t find Full Article.txt
