How to change the order the events appear

We are using the plugin to show a list of events on a page. Currently it shows the events with the farthest out showing on top. January 2014 is showing on top, then the November 2013 and then the October 2013 event.

Is there a way to reverse this and have it show the October (the next upcoming event) first and then the November and January ones?
