How to change the opacity in the Panel Content

  • Hello!

    I am fairly new to WordPress and I am building a website for the company where I am an intern at.

    Currently I am using the WordPress standard theme called “TwentySeventeen”.
    In this theme I want to change the div class “Panel Content” and it’s transparency.
    The transparency is current at a full 100%, but I want to change it to 50% or lower. The problem is that I don’t know how to.

    I really hope anyone can help me out with this.
