How to change the massage shown on the button when is “out of stock”

Using the?Say What? plugin?can assist if you only wish to translate or change a few words without editing a WordPress theme’s .PO file. Requires no custom code. Linked here are further details on how to use it.

I tried even adding the caps lock but nothing changed

From the screenshot it seems you are using WPML, but it is not fully installed or set up, as there’s a warning message about it not working correctly.
