How to change the Links in the Widget

Hi, I would like to change a Link to something else since it points to the Dashboard which I don’t want, it also displays the Dashboard when a subscriber is logged in.
I want all the Subscribers out of the Dashboard, I do not want them to show it. But when a Subscriber is logged in, and if he goes to the “www.mysite.com/wp-admin” the Dashboard is available and also through the Widget. Is there a way to change it? Thank you ??
