How to change the links behind each favorite post in the list

  • Hi,

    I have inserted the shortcode to display the list of a user’s favorites.

    However, I would like to change the target of each link.

    Each of my posts actually contains a custom field with the label ‘eg-source-link’. This field points to a different external site for each post.

    How do I change the list of favorite posts, so that when the user clicks on the title, it opens up the URL specified by the ‘eg-source-link’ field, in a NEW TAB?
