How to change the LINK of Read More in WordPress?

Hello Friends,

I need help. I know very less PHP Coding and I want to change the Hyperlink whenever someone clicks on Read More… on an article.

Let me clear this with an example:

Whenever I insert <!–more–> while writing a Post, Read More… Link gets displayed on the Homepage, Category Pages etc. for articles

Now when some one clicks on this Read More… Link, the Hyperlink looks like:

https://mysite.com/hyperlink-for-post#more-1908

But I don’t want that #more-1908 in the Hyperlink. Instead I want the Original Post Hyperlink whenever someone clicks Read More…:

https://mysite.com/hyperlink-for-post

Please tell How to do so?
