How to change the language in a theme

    Hi, I have been trying to change the language in my theme (such as at the <<Subscribe>>, <<Subscribe to News Feed Subscribe to Comments Feed>>, <<Enter your email to receive updates>>) etc – I want these in another language. I am currently using the WP-Max theme, and though I’ve changed the language of my WP 2.7, I wasn’t successful in changing this sort of things in my blog. If you could lend me a hint, I’d be most honored.
