How to change the Header link?

The default code should say:
<h1 id="header">"><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></h1>
To change the link, you would change the <?php bloginfo('url'); ?> to whatever url you wanted it to be. Then change the <?php bloginfo('name'); ?> to whatever you want it to say. If you don’t want anything then delete them.
