How to change the footer color?

    I’m wondering how to change the footer color. The funny thing is that I think I actually changed it previously, but I can’t figure out how to do it again.

    Also, while I’m here, how to I get rid of the privacy policy that is displaying below the “powered by WordPress?” I want to put the privacy policy in the footer next to the About and Contact.
