Hello. I’m trying to change the font of the titles on individual posts but am having no luck. I used Easy Google Fonts plug-in, which I saw mentioned in a similar help post a while back, and I can change other fonts just fine. But changing the title on the posts doesn’t do anything.

An example is here:

The title “Catching Up With Oscar: 1920s” doesn’t change with changes in Easy Google Fonts. Regardless of what change I make, all the title does is either remove the bold or make no change at all.

I’m trying to change the font as well as remove the italics on the blog post titles.

Any help you can give would be much appreciated.

A few months ago someone on this Argent support board suggested a Google Font plugin on this post:

and when I clicked the link, the first suggestion was the plugin I used. Looks like it’s not being supported though, so I guess my first move should be to try another plugin and go from there.

Hello. I used a different plugin called Google Fonts For WordPress with good results.

However, I still can’t change anything about the title for individual posts. For example, the post I linked before:

The title is italic and in a font I can’t change.

It looks like it’s the Alegreya font — is there maybe some custom CSS I can use to change that? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

What font-family would you like to use for post and page titles?

Once I have that info, I can provide you with the CSS for it.
