How to change the email sender name?

    Turn on advanced settings wp-admin > Support Tickets > Settings > General > Show Advanced Settings? > then set to true then click “Update Settings“

    Now goto wp-admin > Support Tickets > Settings > Email > Override WordPress Email Sent “Name” & “From” > and set it to true. Then fill out the form below it for Override Name Sent From with the name you want.

    By the way, this is a global WordPress thing, so this affects all outgoing email. Other plugins which change this setting may conflict with this setting.
