how to change the color of links

Hi there I recently have been working on different colors for my site to give it te dark look but I noticed in mobile version the drop-down links do not snow I looked for an option to change the colors of the links so they appear and have not found anything.
I’m also very new to WordPress but learning a lot and enjoying it so far ??
