How to change the background image of my blog/website

    I would like to know how to change the background of my blog/website with a picture, but I want that the background picture get by thru the differents texts/categories.

    Like this website for ex: https://www.victoriamonetmusic.com/

    If you scroll down you’ll see that the diffentes texts etc pass thru the background picture
