How to change the background color for ‘Left for free shipping?

    Hi, how can I change the background color (it’s white and not blue) of the free shipping progress bar?

    If you try to add a product to your cart and view it you will be able to see it more easily.

    Also how can I translate “continue shopping” in the cart into Italian or another language?
