I have tested the code snippet and it’s working OK.
You must reload the Account page.
How did you install the code snippet?

The code snippet was installed by adding it to active theme’s?functions.php?file. But the code for creating the tab worked fine

HTML tags in Tab titles are escaped and being displayed like this in the Tab
