How to change text on Apply for Job button?

We are using the plugin for research ipportunities and it works perfectly for our needs, we would just like to change the Apply for Job button text since these aren’t really ‘jobs’. I’ve edited the job-application.php and the wp-job-manager.pot but it still says Apply for Job.
Any help changing this is appreciated.
