How to change text of " user registeration is currently not allowed "

    Due persistent spammers, I have disabled registration on my blog.

    So anyone wanting to register now gets a statement as in subject.

    BUT using the loginradius plugin, users can login via their FB/ LinkedIn/Twitter ids…

    So, I want the statement to change to :
    ” Due spammers User Registration is currently NOT allowed. But you can login/post via your FB/ LinkedIn/Twitter ids. For the same please visit https://mytopjob.in/mtjeng/wp-login.php “

    please advise how to achieve this.
