How to change text in buttons?

  • Hi, is it possible to change text in buttons? For example, “Read more” or “Previous post” buttons. I need to writte it in my language (Serbian).

    “Read more” – should be – “Vise”
    “Previous post” – should be – “Prethodni”

    I can translate whole site to Serbian it owner want that ??
