How to change tagline font

Hello again! I’m trying to change the tagline font on the front page from Noto Serif to Leto (which is the font used for blog post content). I tried changing the custom CSS with the option through Jetpack but it didn’t change the font. I think I may just not be using the right commands. What do I need to use to change that particular font? Thanks again!
