2. You can change the currency on the Memberships > Payment Settings page or use the pmpro_default_currency filter.

1 & 3. You can modify the “level cost text” with the pmpro_level_cost_text filter, so you can move $pmpro_currency_symbol over, and use str_replace to remove any 0s, however this will not affect the actual price – only the price displayed.
