How to change store administrator?

It looks like the warning you’re seeing happens because WooCommerce Shipping & Tax uses a separate WooCommerce.com account for managing payments for shipping labels. This account might be different from the one your WordPress site is using for administration. Just to clarify, the WordPress admin email (found under Settings > General) doesn’t control permissions for WooCommerce Shipping.

To figure out which WooCommerce.com account is in use, head over to WooCommerce > Extensions > My Subscriptions and see which account is linked. The name and email in the error message correspond to the WooCommerce.com account that was initially used to set up WooCommerce Shipping.

If you’d like to use your own WooCommerce.com account instead, here’s what you can do:

1. Go to WooCommerce > Extensions > My Subscriptions.
2. Click Disconnect to unlink the current account.
3. Reconnect with your WooCommerce.com account.

Also, double-check your WordPress user role by going to Users > All Users and finding your profile to ensure your role is set to Administrator.

@jonayedhosen Thanks for your response. I followed your suggestions but it didn’t work.

Here’re the steps I followed:

• I went to WooCommerce > Extensions > My Subscriptions, I see my correct email is connected but I do not see WooCommerce Shipping under my subscritions.
• I tried disconnecting and reconnecting my store with WooCommerce with my current and corrent email address.
• I uninstalled WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin and intalled it again through WooCommerce.com website with correct email address. But when I go to the setting, I see the same message- You do not have permission to manage shipping label payment methods, please contact your store administrator: name (email), to manage payment methods.

I do not have access to the current email address that is associated with WooCommerce Shipping plugin.

Thank you for the detailed explanation. This appears to be a user role permission issue. Could you check your site profile and share a screenshot of the role assigned to you?
