• Hi there,

I sometimes need to manually modify the lists of subscribers. In my specific case, I need to set the status of two lists manually.

I tried this through audience, then edit the affected entry. In the edit mask, I can modify the status(es) of all lists, but when I click “Save”, the plug-in won’t save the new status(es) but shows me an error message “please enter first name”.

This is very strange. In the subscription forms, I set the name to optional, so that people can subscribe only by “disclosing” their email address but not their names. And many people do exactly this, they only provide their email address.

Now, for back-end editing, the name becomes mandatory.

Probably that’s a bug, isn’t it? Or PEBTAC?

    Best regards,

    Kai
