As I look better title of this thread, don’t quite understand what you are trying to achieve.
In Hueman, “site title” is really in header, but the CSS class you’ve mentioned has nothing to do with it – that’s class for Page title (for example in demo https://demo.alxmedia.se/hueman/
-Site title is “Hueman”
-Page title “THE MAGAZINE. WHAT’S NEW?”

So, please can you be more specific?
