How to change Site Title Color, First Letter Color and Glitch

I am doing work for a client at this site https://musesolutions.com/ and have a couple of questions.

1.) How do I change the Site Title Color?
2.) The Site Title’s first letter is a completely different color for some reason how do I fix that?
3.) There is another glitch with the Site Title where the first letter falls down a cm and then when you scroll over it it goes back to the normal place. How do I fix that?
