• Hello, my site is https://www.arpeggiostudio.com

I recently changed my WordPress theme to one called “Piano”. I changed my site title in Settings > General to “Arpeggio Piano Studio”, but above my header it still just says “Piano”. How can I change this?

How can I make it so that I only have one Home page, rather than two?

In my Photo Gallery, how can I remove the “date, posted by, and comments” sentence under each photo, as well as the “Related Posts” area beneath that?

Also, how can I remove the “Archives” and “Categories” sections on the right side? Can I add, in it’s place, a small bordered text box on the same right side?

Thank you very much for your help.

  • Hi Wolfovich. I’ve numbered your points here for easy reference in future comments here.

    ONE
I just checked your site and the page title reads “Arpeggio Piano Studio”. Looks like you might need to clear your browser cache.

    TWO
“Home” might appear twice because it’s hardcoded into the theme AND you’ve added it to a custom menu. If you’ve done the latter, remove it from the custom menu.

    THREE
You’ll need to comment out some php code. Post the link here to the theme and if it’s a free one, I can download and tell you which file to change and how.

    FOUR
These look like sidebar widgets. In Admin, go to Appearance_Widgets and remove them. You should see a widget called “Text”. Drag that to the right in the box called “Sidebar widget”, edit and save.

I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial products here.
    Try https://lizardthemes.com/

    Found the theme…
