    Hi, when a customer makes an order and completes it – The main email of the website gets an “Order Completed” mail.
    The sender name is pulled from the {site_title}, so I’ve changed the site title in order to change the sender name but it won’t change. The sender’s name is still the old site title. I tried a lot of ways but nothing seems to be working.

    If anyone knows how to fix it will be great. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you would like to change the sender name of your Order Confirmation Email to something else and after changing the site title, it is still picking up the old site title, correct?

    As a first step, please have your host purge the site cache. Then, please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?

    Otherwise, please check that the From name field under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Email sender options are also updated to your preference.
