How to change review style?

We have a settings tab on the wp reviews name on wp admin dashbaord. All the settings are self explanatory itself though. Please check this screenshot (https://prnt.sc/u7uy2m, https://prnt.sc/u7uyfy). You can make changes on the input style of review, display style of the review and many more. Please check the settings tab and you will find all your answer.
