How to change product URL?

Hello!
I was wondering if it was possible to change the permalink URL for a product without creating a new product.
For instance, if the current permalink is:
https://mysite.myserver.org/?product=producknameIs there a way to change it to:
https://mysite.myserver.org/?product=productnameThe product is already associated with an eBay listing (using wp-lister), so simply copying it to a new draft with the proper name isn’t really an option (I’d have to manually cancel the eBay listing, then start a new one, and probably be on the hook for various insertion fees).

I don’t have the “Change permalinks” button. I have an “Edit” button in the same place and this enables editing of the permalink.
I have WC 2.6.14 (latest). Do you have an older version? Or maybe your button is coming from your theme or one of your plugins. If so, you could deactivate it temporarily so you can make the edit.
