How To Change Position Of Title

Hi guys, I’m doing a site for an attorney – https://www.caverlawoffice.com/contact-attorney-caver/

I am having trouble figuring out how to change the positioning of the title so that it doesn’t mix with the header. I need to lower it slightly below the header.

Anyone got any tips or help for me?
